A new thing from Whalebone open in Montauk this Summer
This could very likely be an awful idea and fail miserably, but the crew from Whalebone Magazine is going to try it anyway. Whalebone Magazine is reluctantly pleased to share about a place in Montauk where you can go and read magazines. You could read anything there but it is encouraged that you read magazines because that is largely what the company is known for, but there’s more, even those of you who can’t read might take a shine to this place. It is called The Boneyard and is tucked away at 541 East Lake Dr. Montauk NY 11954. If you reach Gin Beach you’ve gone too far.

The crew is not calling it a coffee shop, or retail space, or a place to slow down and relax in the backyard, or a place to bring friends, or a place to find some of the better gifts you can find in Montauk, or a place to listen to records, or a place to see what is in the YETI coolers, or a place to visit when you want to see what the hell all this really means. They are simply calling it a place to read magazines. The Boneyard by Whalebone Magazine is open 7 a.m.–sunset daily from May–late September in Montauk, NY. If you see the golden retriever nearby when visiting please tell her to come back to the shop and that she is grounded again.
