Turned on, tuned in and dropped out of work the next day.
You may or may not know that we’ve spent the last week or so in a van traveling southwest from Montauk to Marfa (almost). If you did know that, then maybe you also knew that we decided to kick off the tour proper with a little magazine party over at The Flower Shop—magazine and party both brought to you by Rit Dye, staining your clothes in a good way for 100+ years. Some will say the party ended at 10, and maybe that’s true. Cocktails and Montauk Brew Co. were flowing, the disco ball was spinning, pool games were getting heated and we had a live-action tie-dye demonstration with our friend and artist Crissy Bettencourt.
oHHo CBD products and Rit Dye tie-dye kits were on deck—more than a few people made off a with a couple of pocketfuls of oHHo, we’re not saying we know who you are, but we do. Hope you’re loving it.
We’re still going through a few thousand photos from the photobooth—and while we appreciate that you guys all had a good time, never forget that those images live in perpetuity on a server on the internet. Sorry, grandma.
And of course, behind the DJ booth, William Grand fielded no less than 25 requests to play Scarlett Begonias.
Thanks to the guys over at Flower Shop for hosting us and to our partners Rit Dye, oHHo, and Montauk Brew Co. who kept everyone calm, buzzed and creative throughout the evening.
