It’s not often that we find ourselves preparing for a five-day weekend. In fact, a quick survey around our office proves that this might be the first time something as celebratory in nature and long in day range is set to happen. To match, a few fun places around Montauk have lined up a pretty attractive list of local events and live music.
In leading up the effort to ensure this 4th is one for the ages, we put together a five-day plan for anyone who finds themselves in Montauk for Independence Day Weekend this year and is interested in enjoying themselves. Plenty of opportunity for that on here. Of course, if the lovely other is only holding you to one event, we’d have to suggest you swing by Shagwong on Saturday. Should be the second largest music premiere this weekend (first being the release of Jay Z’s new album, 444). More on that below.
