Legendary board shaper and paddlers, Joe and Jack Bark, will be attending and participating in the 5th annual Paddle Race for the Baykeeper event on Sat., May 9 in Sag Harbor.
The father-son duo have become well known in the paddle board world over time. Joe Bark, of Bark Paddleboards, is renowned for his legendary shaping skills the most advanced SUP and prone paddleboards in the industry. While his son, Jack, a Hurley brand ambassador, is a seasoned competitive paddleboard racer, whose most recent win was the coveted M2O race in Hawaii. A Race in which competitors cross the channeling waters between the islands of Molokai to Oahu, known for its troubling currents, winds and large sharks among, other obstacles.
Catch the Barks, at Main Beach Surf & Sport, a distributor of the duo’s products, and at the paddle event at Havens Beach in May.
