Michael Wilson

Michael Wilson is a culinary advisor, branding consultant, creative director, editor, and journalist. Michael grew up in both the U.S. and Italy. He was the Editor in Chief of the American edition of La Cucina Italiana magazine (James Beard Award Nominee) from 2007 until 2014. He produced and co-authored the Del Posto Cookbook with Chef Mark Ladner.
