Moroccan Rhythms

We asked May Kwok to score our trip to Morroco. She came up with a jazzy, psychedelic mix you’ll want to surf to.

I was originally inspired by Saint Laurent’s obsession of Morocco from the late 1960s, so I incorporated a lot of funky psychedelic jazz or my interpretation of psychedelic jazz. But there are so many different cultures in Morocco that I also added some African- and Arabic-inspired sounds. Keep in mind that this playlist is meant to be listened to while hanging out with your friends and surfing at Taghazout!
