1. Cucumber (96% Water)

This veggie has the highest water content of any solid food. Toss it in salads, infuse in water or make your own chilled cucumber soup. Simply mix a peeled cucumber with water, avocado, basil and garlic in a blender then puree the ingredients until smooth .

2. Celery (95% Water)

Full of vitamins A, C and K, celery is also calming on the digestive system and nervous system. It makes the perfect snack on a hot summer day: dip it in hummus, spread with almond butter or add to any of your dishes for a little crunch.

3. Radishes (95% Water)

This root veggie has a kick of spicy-yet-sweet flavor and is also a beautifying food! Radishes not only hydrate the skin but are rich in Vitamin C and other compounds that work together to build collagen. Add a burst of color and antioxidants by slicing into summer salads or slaws.
