Concert Carriers

Jidenna performing at the Fillmore Charlotte, captured by Catherine Freeman

What to bring to a concert so you don’t have to carry everyone else’s belongings

Ever look at someone with their headphones on and try and guess what they’re listening to? Or what concert they are sitting at their screen anxiously waiting for tickets to go on sale to go see? We ask the yellow dog these questions all the time. Zaida has great taste if you haven’t heard her playlist.

Concerts are back. But no one wants to lug a backpack or tote bag into a concert, even if it’s one with seats. If you do that, you end up carrying everyone’s stuff and no one wants to be the human locker. But then we get left with the question of how? Because how you carry your things to a concert is a pretty big part of the planning. Maybe not as much as buying the tickets, that’s pretty important, but you get the point.

To feed into our curiosity, we asked some of our team members about their taste in music to finally get some answers. Not that it will affect the playlist we have running at The Boneyard. The yellow dog makes those. But now we know the who, what, where, when, why’s and most importantly the how. What will we do with this information? Share it here. Maybe it’ll inspire your music taste or show you what kind of ideal-for-concerts-satchel-of-sorts you’ve been missing. Maybe not an AC/DC Bag though. Sorry, Palmer.
